Do you feel you have been called to leadership in Women's Ministry?  Would you like to sharpen your leadership skills?  Join us and meet with other ladies from throughout our state who are seeking God's direction in their leadership.

TOPICS:
Overcoming Leadership Phobias - Fear can potentially cripple women when God calls them to lead. Sometimes naming those phobias and knowing that other women have fears, too, is the first step to removing them.

A Sense of Call to Leadership - How has God equipped and positioned you to lead? What burdens and passions tug at your heartstrings asking you to step up and be the leader He has called you to be?

Spiritual Formation as a Leader - Through her own stories of struggles and victories, Claudia Johnson will lead us to explore the importance of the spiritual life of a leader. You will be challenged to reflect on how your spiritual journey impacts the way you lead.

Keynote Speaker:  Claudia Johnson
