Join us for a Refuel Team Training at Violet Baptist Church in Pickerington, Ohio. This unique Refuel is designed for you AND your team of adult volunteers. You’ll spend the weekend growing as a team, developing a youth ministry strategy, and preparing for the upcoming ministry year.
Friday’s Pre-Conference Session is designed for Youth Pastors. If you lead a team of volunteers, this session is designed to prepare you to get the most out of your Refuel Team Training. Join us for a time to connect with other youth workers, discuss the challenges of developing a team of volunteers, and get an inside look at Saturday’s training.
Saturday’s Sessions are designed for Youth Pastors and their volunteers. During these sessions, the LeaderTreks team will teach for a short time on a particular youth ministry principle. Then you’ll be given an opportunity to work alongside your team of volunteers to create a Blueprint for your ministry. These sessions will be highly interactive, participatory, and contextual to your ministry.
