If so, this informative conference can assist you in making it possible for your church to discover, understand, and formulate policies that will help protect your congregation. You will have ample opportunity to create some simple and effective strategies, procedures, and policies that your church can implement to hinder, discover, confront, or eliminate abuse within the church altogether.

Special Guests

Greg Wilson
Greg is the co-author of When Home Hurts, A guide for responding wisely to domestic abuse in your church. His co-author, Jeremy Pierre, is the Dean of the Billy Graham School at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Greg is a licensed professional counselor and leads Soul Care Associates, a counseling and consulting practice, which consults with leaders of churches on adopting best practices for congregational counseling and care. 

Tommie Jo Brode
Tommie Jo Brode, founder of Venice Solutions Group, is an attorney by trade with more than 24 years of experience in employment matters. She is a former Portage County Commissioner and has worked for a number of corporations. She has recently started her own consulting business where she helps companies proactively design policies of all kinds in order to keep them out of the courts.
