It is the purpose of the Evangelism Resource Team to Model, Mentor, and Motivate in the area of church growth and evangelism.  The expressed desire of the team is to be responsive to the Associations and the Churches of the State Convention of Baptists in Ohio.  It is our desire to be proactive in our approach to ministry; not to the point of forcing our ideas on the groups to which we minister but actually earning the right to be heard.  We discovered long ago that the churches in Ohio will respond to the input of people they trust, people who are just as passionate about the work of the churches in Ohio as they are.
