Pastor Bob Singleton Sr. and McKelvey Road Baptist Church hosted a Mission Fair on Saturday night. A delicious fellowship meal was prepared and served by Kathy Whitacre and the ladies of McKelvey Road.  McKelvey's Paul Barber started the program with gospel music. The 100+ Ohio Valley Baptist Association church members in attendance enjoyed meeting all 14 missionaries at their displays, and hearing a brief description of their ministries as they were introduced individually by Chuck Sams, AM. Julie Duvall, NAMB missionary serving in Maryland, brought special music preceding a closing challenge by Ron Roy, IMB missionary to Uruguay. Mission Committee Chair, Rick Schroer, led a time of prayer for all the missionaries.

14 IMB and NAMB missionaries spoke in eighteen Ohio Valley Baptist Association congregations on Sunday. Most churches had the opportunity to hear four different missionaries in one day.

There were many positive reports from both the Saturday night and Sunday events. There was a lot of excitement in Ohio Valley Baptist Association churches as members were able to hear first-hand accounts of what God is doing in many different places through missionaries that are supported by the Cooperative Mission Program, the Annie Armstrong Offering and the Lottie Moon Offering.
