2010 Ohio Arab Ministries’ Mission Trip

Our Ohio team of five women and two men are so thankful to those praying for us during our mission trip to Jordan and Israel.

The Favor of God was His banner over us. Praise His Name!

 During our trip five souls were saved. Four adults, two from Muslim background, two others were saved in Jordan, and one woman in the Jericho area!

 We have so much to tell of the Father's goodness and love in this trip:

In Jordan we served in four churches and held four conferences for women's health. Our team painted Sunday school rooms, and repaired walls for a very poor senior woman. We visited and prayed with seniors and the sick. We taught and counseled eight couples, our team pastor preached and many people felt touched by his message. Our Van driver, who was from Muslim back ground, was very open to the gospel and God used all of us to bring Salah to the understanding that only in Jesus, one can be right with God, for Jesus is our perfect Lamb!

Israel: in the north, in the Tiberius area, the team did street evangelism, house visitations and prayed over the sick. We gave out 300 bags of Josh McDowell’s book and DVD, along with lots of prayer walking. In Bethlehem, we did some painting at the home of our missionaries, prayer walking, and held a health seminar for ten young women and youth from a Muslim background. In Jericho, we also held a health seminar and a Bible/Gospel lesson for ten women. One woman prayed to receive Jesus as Lord and Savior. The pastor preached in the evening at Jericho Bible Church while the rest of the team worked with the children and the youth.

The team had great time sightseeing in Jordan. We saw Petra, the Dead sea, the Baptismal sight and Mt. Nebo. In Israel, we visited many places that Jesus walked and lived and the homes of the Apostles as well as touring most of Jerusalem.

My heart is full of joy and gratitude to the Lord of Hosts and the Father above for His vision and allowing us to enjoy being a part of His work in the Middle East.
