Q.  I am trying to follow a link, but I am getting an error message.  What should I do?

A.  Many items found on scbo.org are .pdf documents which require Adobe Reader to view.  You can download Adobe Reader for free by following the link below.  All other errors are probably system related and require a more in-depth solution.  Contact the SCBO if problems persist.

Q.  I can't seem to find the information I am looking for.  Am I looking in the right place?

A.  With the large number or pages on the scbo.org website, it is sometimes difficult to find exactly what you are looking for.  Your best option is to use the search link at the upper right-hand corner of the page.  Simply type in what you are looking for and click 'go'.  Contact the SCBO if you still need assistance.

Q.  Can I register for events online?

A.  Any registration that includes payment must be mailed; however, online registration is available for many other events - look for a web form on the info page for the specific event, or contact the administrative assistant for that department.

Q.  My question wasn't in the list.  Where do I go for help?

A.  Click on the link on the left-hand side of the page to send an e-mail to the webmaster.  He should be able to help or at least put you in contact with the right person to answer your question.
